You will be responsible for the overall mid-career recruitment operations focused on engineering recruitment in the IT division. This includes organizing requirements by department, conducting casual interviews to closing offers, improving the operation of recruitment agencies and job media, planning and executing new recruitment methods, and opportunities to be involved in system design and onboarding.

You will lead the transformation and systematization of "strategic recruitment that drives business growth." ■ Strategic planning and execution of mid-career and new graduate recruitment ■ Selection and operation of recruitment channels (job boards, agents), design and improvement of recruitment processes (selection flow / evaluation criteria) ■ Planning and management of recruitment publicity (creation of recruitment content) ■ Analysis of recruitment data and improvement proposals ■ Development of employment portfolio, accumulation of recruitment know-how, redefinition of desired candidate profiles, and foundation building for interview training, etc. ■ Follow-up interviews with new hires and employee interviews

Skills and qualifications:

You will be responsible for career recruitment operations in our hotel business. This includes handling the entire process from recruitment to onboarding: aggregating recruitment needs, planning recruitment methods, internal approvals, orders, yield analysis, submitting and refining job postings, responding to applicants, liaising with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and collecting onboarding documents.

Skills and qualifications:

• [One of the following is required] ■ More than 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment ■ More than 2 years of experience in the recruitment advertising or staffing industry (not including temporary staffing agencies)
