You will be responsible for career recruitment operations in our hotel business. This includes handling the entire process from recruitment to onboarding: aggregating recruitment needs, planning recruitment methods, internal approvals, orders, yield analysis, submitting and refining job postings, responding to applicants, liaising with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, and collecting onboarding documents.
