創業60年以上の農業総合商社で、地域の農業を支えるルート営業のお仕事です。 肥料や資材の販売だけでなく、ハウスの設計・施工から農家さんの経営支援まで、地域の農業を幅広く支えてきた会社です。 長年お付き合いのある農家さんと信頼関係を築きながら、肥料や農薬、資材を提案していきます。 「ありがとう」「今年も良い作物ができたよ」という声が、日々のやりがいにつながります。 ■地域の農業を支える仕事 農家・営農組合・農協など、長くお取引のあるお客様を定期的に訪問します。 作物の状況や季節ごとの課題を伺いながら、肥料・農薬・種苗・資材を提案・納品していきます。 あなたの提案が収穫を左右することもあり、地域の農業の土台を現場から支えられる仕事です。 【主な業務】 ・既存のお客様（農家・営農組合・農協）へのルート営業 ・商品の説明や使い方のご案内 ・新しい資材や商品のご紹介 ■関係性を大切にする提案型営業 飛び込み営業やテレアポはありません。 個人ノルマもなく、お客様との信頼を一つずつ積み重ねていく提案型の営業です。 担当エリアを計画的に巡回するため、腰を据えてお客様と向き合えます。 ■収穫の報告が、何よりの励み 季節の節目には、お客様から収穫の報告や感謝の言葉を直接いただけることもあります。 地域に必要とされている実感が得られるのが、この仕事の魅力です。 ■未経験からでも安心 商品知識は入社後に学べるので、営業や農業が未経験の方も歓迎します。 社用車（AT車）を貸与し、残業は月平均20時間ほどです。 勤続年数に応じた昇給もあり、腰を据えて長く働ける環境です。 人と話すことが好きな方、誠実に取り組める方をお待ちしています。 （変更範囲：会社の定める業務）
This is a route sales job supporting local agriculture at a comprehensive agricultural trading company with over 60 years of history. The company has been widely supporting local agriculture, not only through the sale of fertilizers and materials but also through the design and construction of greenhouses and management support for farmers. You will build trust with long-term partner farmers while proposing fertilizers, pesticides, and materials. The voices of gratitude and reports of good harvests from farmers connect to daily motivation. ■ A Job Supporting Local Agriculture You will regularly visit long-term customers such as farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and agricultural associations. While listening to the status of crops and seasonal challenges, you will propose and deliver fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and materials. Your proposals can influence harvests, making this a job that supports the foundation of local agriculture from the field. 【Main Duties】 - Route sales to existing customers (farmers, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural associations) - Explanation of products and guidance on usage - Introduction of new materials and products ■ Proposal-Based Sales that Values Relationships There are no cold calls or telemarketing. There are no individual quotas, and this is a proposal-based sales role where you build trust with customers one step at a time. You can face customers steadily as you plan to巡回 your assigned area. ■ Reports of Harvests are the Greatest Encouragement At seasonal milestones, you may receive direct reports of harvests and words of gratitude from customers. The feeling of being needed in the community is the charm of this job. ■安心 for Beginners Product knowledge can be learned after joining the company, so those without sales or agricultural experience are welcome. A company car (automatic) will be provided, and overtime is about 20 hours per month on average.
