採用背景 2050年までのカーボンニュートラル実現に向け、再生可能エネルギーの導入が加速する中、原子力発電は安定した電力供給と高い脱炭素効果を持つ重要なベースロード電源として注目されています。 また国内では、データセンターや半導体工場の新設が相次ぎ、電力需要は拡大の傾向にあります。 一方で労働力人口は国内全体で今後縮小していく見通しであり、資源エネルギー庁も「次世代革新炉の開発・建設に向けては原子力技能・人材やサプライチェーンの維持・強化が不可欠」と訴えているように、原子力エンジニアの確保・育成は官民挙げて喫緊の課題となっています。 当社の電力プラント建設センターにおいても、 電気工事設計技術で原子力プラントの維持と今後の建設の一翼を担う、原子力エンジニア(次世代のリーダー)を求めています。 業務内容 全国の原子力発電所における当社納入プラント設備の更新工事・次世代原子力発電所建設工事等に関する各種プラント設備(タービン、発電機、変圧器、開閉装置、各種制御盤、配電盤等)に係る、プラント設備の電気工事詳細設計や機器配置設計業務を担当いただきます。当社製作所で開発・設計された受配電盤・制御盤・変圧器などの電気機器を、現地で安全・確実に据え付け、システムとして動作させるための工事設計・施工図作成・技術調整を行います。 業務の中心は「詳細設計」フェーズであり、機器配置・電路構成・ケーブルルートの設計から、3Dデータを活用した設備間干渉チェックまでを担います。設計段階から現地施工を意識した計画を立案し、製作所・関係会社と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進します。なおスキルアップを目的とした同一部内でのローテーションにより、プラント現地での施工管理業務に従事いただく可能性が有ります。 具体的には… ・電機品基礎/据付設計 -受配電盤・制御盤などを対象に、保守スペースや点検性を考慮した、据付位置・基礎構造・固定方法の設計 ・電路/ケーブルルート設計 -各機器間を結ぶ電気配線・電気配管・ケーブルラック経路の設計 ・ケーブルスケジュール作成 -ケーブル種別・配線経路・布設距離をリスト化し、材料調達や工程計画に展開。プラント全体の電気接続情報の作成 ・3Dモデル/点群データによる干渉チェック -既設設備や構造物との干渉を事前にチェックし、施工性・安全性を高める設計の実施 ・他部門/関係会社との連携 -当社製作所(神戸・伊丹など)は、製品の設計・製作・試験を担当。当部門は現地設計・工事計画・施工統括を担当 担当予定案件 電力会社等を顧客とした、原子力プラントの大型更新工事・次世代原子力発電所新設プロジェクトを担当頂く予定です。初期計画~工事完遂まで数年年要する大規模なプロジェクトで、類似案件経験者である上長サポートのもと、課内の2~3名のチームで案件を担当頂きます。 使用言語、環境、ツール、資格等 日本語(英語の読解力/会話能力があればより好ましい) 配属部署のミッション等は求人詳細参照。

Additionally, in Japan, the demand for electricity is on the rise due to the successive establishment of data centers and semiconductor factories. On the other hand, the labor force population is expected to shrink nationwide in the future, and as the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy has stated, "To develop and construct next-generation innovative reactors, it is essential to maintain and strengthen nuclear skills, human resources, and the supply chain," securing and nurturing nuclear engineers has become an urgent issue for both the public and private sectors. Our Power Plant Construction Center is seeking nuclear engineers (next-generation leaders) who will be responsible for maintaining nuclear plants and contributing to future construction through electrical construction design technology. Job Description You will be responsible for detailed electrical design and equipment layout design for various plant equipment (turbines, generators, transformers, switchgear, various control panels, distribution boards, etc.) related to renewal work of our supplied plant equipment at nuclear power plants nationwide and construction work for next-generation nuclear power plants. You will carry out construction design, construction drawing creation, and technical coordination to safely and reliably install electrical equipment such as switchboards, control panels, and transformers developed and designed at our manufacturing plants, ensuring they operate as a system. The focus of the work is on the "detailed design" phase, which includes designing equipment layout, electrical circuit configuration, and cable routes, as well as conducting interference checks between equipment using 3D data. You will plan with an awareness of on-site construction from the design stage and promote the project in collaboration with the manufacturing plant and related companies. There is also a possibility of engaging in construction management work on-site through rotation within the same department for skill enhancement. Specifically... - Electrical Equipment Foundation/Installation Design - For switchboards and control panels, design the installation position, foundation structure, and fixing methods considering maintenance space and inspectability. - Electrical Circuit/Cable Route Design - Design the electrical wiring, piping, and cable rack routes connecting various equipment. - Cable Schedule Creation - List cable types, wiring routes, and laying distances, and expand them into material procurement and project planning. Create electrical connection information for the entire plant. - Interference Check using 3D Models/Point Cloud Data - Check for interference with existing equipment and structures in advance and implement designs that enhance constructability and safety. - Collaboration with Other Departments/Related Companies - Our manufacturing plants (Kobe, Itami, etc.) are responsible for product design, manufacturing, and testing. Our department is responsible for on-site design, construction planning, and construction supervision. Planned Projects You will be responsible for large-scale renewal work for nuclear power plants and new projects for next-generation nuclear power plants, with clients such as electric power companies.
