Job Description: You will be responsible for promoting tasks such as obtaining and managing certifications and responding to audits, in collaboration with related departments such as the technical division, based on domestic and international regulatory investigations. You will handle tasks related to automotive performance certification testing in the fields of handling stability, braking, noise, and autonomous driving. Specific Duties: - Latest Regulatory Interpretation: Review the regulations that are revised from time to time, collaborate with the regulatory department, and consider testing methods and compliance certification methods. - Promotion of Regulatory Compliance Certification (including certification testing tasks). - Planning, witnessing, and conducting certification tests in the fields of handling stability, braking, noise, and autonomous driving. - Negotiation with certification bodies in various countries. - Coordination and adjustment with related internal departments. Skills and qualifications:

Required: Experience in any of the following - Experience related to certification in quality assurance/quality control/inspection, or experience in any of the following in the automotive industry - design/development/evaluation. Must be persistent in regulatory reading and application tasks. Must be able to engage in cross-departmental collaboration. Knowledge or experience in regulatory certification tasks is preferred. Must have an interest in cars and a strong willingness to take on challenges. Candidates with DX skills such as VBA, Python, or Power Platform are preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Practical experience in IT-related fields such as VBA, Python, Power Platform (preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in regulatory certification work (preferred)
• Experience in the automotive industry (including parts manufacturing experience, preferred)
• Knowledge/experience that can visualize physical phenomena such as material mechanics and physics (preferred)
• Experience in design and development or quality assurance of moving objects (preferred)
• English proficiency (preferred due to communication with overseas certification bodies)
