Assigned with the premise of skill enhancement, you will be responsible for web and open system development as well as application development. You will also have the opportunity to challenge yourself with the development of in-house products, AI, IoT, and machine learning! Specifically, our company handles projects for a wide range of clients including finance, insurance, logistics, travel, and government agencies. 90% of our clients are major corporations, and commissioned development is on the rise! Currently, about 20-30% of projects are remote, and you can challenge yourself not only in system development but also in smartphone application development and cutting-edge fields such as IoT, AI, and machine learning. Development Structure: Projects range from small teams of 1-2 members to medium-sized teams of 5-6 members, but development is generally conducted by teams of two or more. Assignment: The first priority in assigning projects is whether you can enhance your skills through this project. Because we work with diverse industries, we have a wide range of development projects from upstream processes to maintenance operations, allowing you to constantly challenge yourself in new fields. There are many successful skill changes, such as WEB to mobile, control/embedded to WEB, and COBOL to GO! Initial Employment: Above duties. Assignments will be made to projects that best fit the individual's future vision, ranging from diverse developments in finance, logistics, and government agencies. Training system: Regular interviews twice a year, technical allowances (50,000 to 70,000 yen per month), customized study sessions, and a mentoring system are available. Future career path: Depending on performance, there is an opportunity to aim for leadership or management positions early on.

This is a call reception position with no sales or quotas.
