Job Description: At our company, which develops rubber products such as "Yokohama Tires," you will play a central role in building the growth foundation for the future of Yokohama Rubber, rather than just being an "information organizer" as we advance in diversification, globalization, and digitalization. You will collaborate with members from various global locations to promote IT planning at a global level and maximize synergies within the group. Responsibilities include: Promoting and managing global projects, supporting system implementation globally, formulating and disseminating group standard guidelines (cybersecurity/network/global IT procurement strategy, etc.), designing and restructuring the global IT organizational structure, and renewing in-house systems (especially accounting systems). Scope of changes: All company operations.

Job Description: At our company, which globally develops rubber products such as "Yokohama Tires," you will be responsible for enhancing our competitiveness as a manufacturer through digital technology, planning and developing in-house systems (production management), and managing vendor projects. You will play a central role in planning IT strategies and defining requirements, while the basic design and subsequent processes will mainly be handled by our information subsidiary, Hamagomu Aicom Co., Ltd. (HAI). The main project you will be responsible for is the complete restructuring of the existing production system at NGT (Nihon Giant Tire), which was integrated through M&A. Specifically, you will be involved in everything from detailed analysis of the current system to formulating innovative rebuild plans and executing them.
