We are particularly looking for individuals who can lead from a technical perspective in software. ■ Job Responsibilities: ◇ Mainly responsible for software development of robots to be introduced in food factories. ◇ Organize requirements by communicating with customers and the sales team, and define system requirements. ◇ Define software requirements from system requirements, and handle software specifications, design, and implementation. ◇ Development management (PoC planning, technology selection, implementation, application to products). ■ Specific Job Responsibilities: We will examine the feasibility of the requirements summarized by the business side through customer hearings and market research, and define the system requirements. From there, we will define software requirements from system requirements and handle all processes including software specifications, design, implementation, and testing. Since food robotics technology is not yet widely adopted in society, we want to continuously learn from the field while going through trial and error. Skills and qualifications:

• No educational background required
• More than 3 years of programming experience in hardware-related work (C/C++, Python)
• More than 3 years of experience in software development for products and systems
• Experience in software design, implementation, testing, delivery, and post-delivery support (troubleshooting, etc.)
• Development experience in embedded systems or real-time OS (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in utilizing generative AI (preferred)
• Experience as a software architect (preferred)
