［受託開発が基本＆社内開発も多め］⇒単独で現場には行かせません！■業務や有給もチーム内で調整 ◯有給取得平均：14.9日 ◯平均残業：月12.7H 具体的には ▼経験が浅い方は… テストやヘルプデスクなどから仕事の進め方に慣れていきます。その後、改修や新規開発にも参加してください！ ▼経験豊富な方は… 打ち合わせ設計のほか、チームのまとめ役や若手の育成などでも活躍できます。 開発環境は… ある程度ボリュームのある案件を一括で請負受注していて5～10人のチームで開発しています。担当業務やスケジュールも自社のチームで立てているので先の見通しをつけやすい環境です。土日祝休みで、突発的な残業はありません。有給もメンバーで話し合って希望通りに取っています。 入社後の流れ 【開発の一例】 ◯メーカー向け販売需要予測システム ◯介護ロボット基礎研究 ◯バス位置情報システム ◯官公庁向けワークフローシステム ◯NTTグループ向け社宅管理システム …etc ▼案件の約30％は社内開発 経験浅め、ロースキルの方は社内のプロジェクトで慣れてからお客様先に移ることも可能です。 教育研修制度 サブスク型の研修システムを利用して、実践的なスキルを学ぶことができます。経験の浅い方向けの能力講座、JAVA、Python研修なども用意しています。研修はすべて勤務時間内に実施。

You will get accustomed to the work process starting from testing and help desk tasks. After that, you can participate in modifications and new development! ▼ For those with rich experience... You can also play a role in meeting design, team leadership, and training younger members. The development environment... We undertake projects with a certain volume as a whole and develop in teams of 5 to 10 people. Since the team sets the responsibilities and schedules, it is an environment where you can easily foresee the future. We have weekends and holidays off, and there is no sudden overtime. Paid leave is discussed among members and taken as desired.
