The "7th Basic Energy Plan," decided by the Cabinet in February 2025, explicitly mentions the need to respond to new electricity demands arising from the increase in domestic data centers and semiconductor factories, as well as the concretization of the development and installation of next-generation innovative reactors. We are looking for individuals with "motivation" even from inexperienced backgrounds, who can inherit the know-how of veteran employees and become future leaders who can thrive. ●Job Description Construction management work for the installation and renewal of electrical equipment supplied by our company at nuclear power plants nationwide. Within the local construction system, you will work with business partners to carry out local construction of our products, further acquiring product knowledge and construction techniques (such as safety and quality management), aiming for accident-free, disaster-free, and trouble-free completion of construction. ≪Specifically…≫ 1. Construction management work at domestic nuclear power plants and related facilities (1) Preparation of construction plans (2) Coordination of schedules and work areas with business partners (3) Various adjustments with the product manufacturing location (delivery dates, specifications, processes, etc.) (4) Construction coordination with clients (5) Supervision of work during construction and guidance on safety and quality (6) Preparation of documents and quality records upon completion of construction (7) Cause analysis and recurrence prevention measures in case of accidents or defects (8) Participation in various events on-site (safety conferences, pre-construction meetings, etc.) Main assignment locations (strengthening areas): Fukui Prefecture (Takahama, Ohi, Tsuruga, etc.). This job is affiliated with the "Kansai Branch," but 90% of the work will be stationed at various power plants. General gas operations and equipment construction. Sales and customer support at client locations (mainly private households), meter reading, collection, distribution of invoices, construction, kerosene delivery, etc. (Scope of work: as defined by the company).
