Responsible for renovations of private homes within a 1-hour radius. You will be entrusted with management tasks to ensure smooth operations. ◆ Indoor work only ◆ 100% subsidiary of Joshin Specifically, you will handle renovations of private homes (mainly water-related areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, and washbasins) requested at various Joshin stores. ● Requesting construction from partner companies ● Hearing renovation requests from customers ● Handing over after construction * Construction period is approximately half a day to 3-4 days * No overnight business trips and only within a 1-hour radius * Indoor work not affected by weather Flow after joining the company: After a few days of in-house training (covering business flow and specifications for water-related renovations), you will start with OJT alongside senior colleagues. Skills and qualifications:

• Ordinary driver's license
• Practical experience in construction management (industry and years of experience do not matter)
• For areas outside Kansai, inexperienced candidates are welcome: under 35 years old (for long-term career development of young people)
• Willingness is acceptable even for inexperienced candidates (training and OJT provided)
• Special allowance for those with architect or construction management qualifications.
