[Contract Renewal Rate Over 85% / No Cold Calling or Telemarketing] You will be responsible for proposing improvements related to hygiene management for existing customers, primarily in food factories, commercial facilities, and office buildings! Specifically, you will: ◇ Visit and hear customer needs ◇ Investigate hygiene conditions within factories ◇ Propose hygiene management methods ◇ Check hygiene management status ◇ Administrative tasks, etc. The contract renewal rate is over 85%. Focused on existing customers with no cold calling or telemarketing. You can utilize not only our products but also those from partner manufacturers, allowing for optimal proposals. After joining, you will undergo training to enhance your skills from basic to advanced over a period of six months to three years. We will develop you through classroom training, practical training with senior colleagues, and regular study sessions. Education and training system: We have a system in place that allows for safe growth even for inexperienced individuals, including group training with peers from across the country, practical training at factory simulation facilities, and follow-up interviews three months after joining.
