Sales and Success Manager Candidate ◆ Next-Generation Strawberry Varieties <Agriculture × Climate Change Adaptation / University of Tokyo Startup> Remote Work Available 【A University of Tokyo-based agricultural startup venture / A notable company featured in the media / Aiming to create a "premium agricultural product brand" that is competitive globally / Remote work system available】 ■ Job Responsibilities: The mission of the domestic strawberry production sales and success manager is to develop partner producers who will cultivate our varieties and to implement initiatives to ensure their continued collaboration in the following years. ■ Specific Job Duties: - Develop strategies for acquiring new contract cultivation partners… Utilize partner sales (regardless of individual, association, or corporation), participate in exhibitions, place advertisements, and referrals. - Ship seedlings to contract cultivation partners. - Discuss improvements in collection and shipment with contract cultivation partners. - Forecast production/supply volumes and conduct hearings. - Retain existing contract cultivation partners… Acquire continued cultivation contracts for the following years. - Operate producer councils. * There will be many opportunities for business trips to promote to partner producers nationwide. ■ Company Features: We are an agricultural startup that challenges "climate change adaptation" in global agriculture through technology and business. Skills and qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher
• Experience in offline/online marketing and sales strategy planning from lead acquisition to closing for tangible products
• Valid driver's license (must be obtained by the time of joining)
• Work experience in corporate planning, business planning, sales planning, or marketing
• Experience in operations and KPI management in S&M fields such as Sales Ops/Marketing Ops
• Practical communication experience with farmers and producers
• Bachelor's degree or higher in agricultural sciences
• Experience in organizational management
• Experience in strawberry cultivation (preferred)
• Communication skills in English (preferred)
