個人商店の店長のように、仕入れ・販売・管理などの業務をお任せします ※精肉・鮮魚・青果・惣菜・食品・店舗管理いずれかの事業部へ配属 チーフは「店舗管理(ヒト・モノ・カネ)」について全裁量が任される、経営の根幹を担うポジションです。各事業部が独立して運営を行う当社のチーフは個人商店の店長のように仕入れや値付け、予算管理、スタッフ採用まで一貫して行います。100%現場主導だからこそ理想の店舗づくりができ、やりがいは十分です。 入社後の流れ:事業拡大中の当社では、3年以内のチーフ昇格を一つの目標として新人にも広く活躍の機会を設けています。1年ほどで早期昇格する社員もいます。
You will be entrusted with tasks such as purchasing, sales, and management, similar to a store manager of a small shop. You will be assigned to one of the business divisions: meat, seafood, produce, prepared foods, groceries, or store management. As a Chief, you will have full discretion over "store management (people, goods, money)" and will play a key role in management. Our Chiefs operate independently in each business division, handling everything from purchasing and pricing to budget management and staff recruitment, just like a store manager of a small shop. Because it is 100% field-led, you can create your ideal store, and the sense of fulfillment is significant. Flow after joining: In our company, which is expanding its business, we provide ample opportunities for newcomers to aim for promotion to Chief within three years. Some employees achieve early promotion within about a year.
