[Production Technology / Machining] Headquarters (Koga City, Fukuoka Prefecture) [Job Description] You will be responsible for parts processing using machining centers and NC lathes in the production technology department that supports our manufacturing. This position leverages our strength in small-lot production of various types, pursuing high-precision manufacturing. [Job Details] The main tasks involve processing prototype parts and mass-produced parts requested by various business units. You will process parts based on drawings. [Job Satisfaction] Rather than "mass-producing fixed items," our department is characterized by "small-lot production of various types." Since optimal tool paths and jigs are required for each product, you will not only work as a mere operator but also hone your skills as a "processing engineer." [Onboarding Process] You will start with OJT to familiarize yourself with our equipment and processing flow. Experienced senior employees will support you, so please utilize your past experiences while absorbing our unique know-how. *Scope of Changes: Duties defined by the company. Since the fiscal year ending March 1977, we have achieved continuous operating profit, expanding our market not only domestically but also overseas, and actively developing our business. The average length of service is 15.5 years, and since we assume lifetime employment, most employees retire at the age of retirement. The average overtime hours across the company are about 10 hours.
