We are looking for drivers who hold a regular second-class license. There are two types of work available: Work Type 1: 12-hour shift from 17:00 to 5:00 Hourly wage: 1800 yen (Daily wage: 21600 yen) Transportation of staff from our operated restaurants and airport transfers during the night and early morning. You will be driving a 10-passenger Hiace. Work is available every day, but you can work only on the days you are available. We are hiring 2 people. If you are interested, please contact us early. Work Type 2: Job description (Basically, it will be using a dispatch app, similar to taxi radio.) 1. Activate the dispatch app in the urban sales area. 2. When an order comes in, pick up the customer from their location. 3. Customer gets in. 4. Drop off at the destination and finish. *Currently, 60-70% of passengers are foreigners, and since they rarely give directions for routes or place names, it has become very easy to work even if you are not familiar with the geography. There are no street sales, and the optimal route is provided by the app, so as long as you have a second-class license, even beginners can earn money. Additionally, since there are many inbound passengers, there are numerous orders for airport transfers such as Haneda and Narita. - Since it is a green-number hire, we especially welcome those with experience as taxi or hire drivers. Even if you have no experience, we will provide thorough explanations. - The vehicle will be a minivan such as an Alphard. - The dispatch app will be DiDi Special (the usage is almost the same as other taxi apps). - There will be no cash transactions. All navigation and payment from pickup to drop-off will be completed within the app. - We will pay you 60% of the sales (depending on the date and day of the week, sales often range from 3000 to 5000 yen per hour. As your rating increases, orders of 5000 to 10000 yen will be prioritized, allowing you to earn more and more). *Conditions may vary slightly for those not registered for invoices (2% of the reward will be withheld by our company for tax purposes). - Salary can be transferred on the same day (for rewards over 10,000 yen). - A tablet dedicated to the dispatch app and Wi-Fi are installed in the vehicle, so you can work hands-free. - While a suit is the safest attire, casual clothing is acceptable as long as it is somewhat formal. - Since it is a hire service, there will be no street sales. Please wait in a location that is easy to stand by in the city until an order comes in. - You can come to work using your own car or motorcycle, and you can park alternately. - Basically, there will be two shifts: 6:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 6:00, but if you have preferred dates for work, please consult with us. We will respond flexibly. - There are also those who work as taxi drivers as their main job and do this as a side job. - The areas where orders come in include Minato, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Chuo, Chiyoda, Shinagawa, Meguro, Toshima, Nakano, Bunkyo, Taito, Koto, Sumida, Narita Airport, and Haneda Airport. - If you receive a request for airport transfer that our company is handling while on duty, you will be paid separately. Haneda = 5000 yen, Narita = 10000 yen (this is often done with a 10-passenger Hiace). - The areas with many orders will be displayed in real-time on the app, so even those without experience will have no problem. If you follow the data, even inexperienced drivers can earn as much as veteran drivers. - Highway tolls, gasoline, car washes, etc., will all be covered by our company. It is a clear accounting system where you will be paid for the work you do. - There is hardly any troublesome paperwork like at a taxi company. You just pick up and drop off customers repeatedly. There is almost no time for administrative work, so you can focus solely on sales. - We have unlimited voluntary insurance, so in the unlikely event of an accident or property damage, the driver will generally not bear the burden. - For those who can work full-time, we will prioritize requests for airport transfers as well. When combined with airport work, daily earnings can reach around 20,000 to 40,000 yen. - Those who can work for a long time and many shifts will be prioritized for dispatch. During the day, we will use the dispatch app and airport transfers, and at night, we will try to pay you 20,000 to 30,000 yen for as few shifts as possible. - There are people in their twenties to early thirties who earn about 800,000 yen a month. (There are sometimes questions like, "Can you really earn that much? Is there work available?" If you are worried, please ask the drivers directly at our garage.) - There is a one-room apartment next to the garage. If you want to work continuously, you can take breaks and naps while on duty. The app can be activated 24 hours a day. We welcome those who want to earn a lot as a side job after working at the company or as a main job.
