Required Experience and Skills: [Mandatory] ■ Experience in mid-career recruitment (3 years or more) (Must understand the flow of mid-career recruitment and be able to plan and execute independently) [Preferred] ■ Experience in mid-career recruitment in the manufacturing industry ■ Experience in recruitment branding. You will have close proximity to management and be able to propose recruitment strategies, contributing to business growth from the perspective of talent acquisition. In the future, it is also possible to experience other roles within the Talent Acquisition Department or challenge a management position in the recruitment area. ◎ Telecommuting: Possible up to 2 days a week after becoming accustomed to the work (initially, attendance at the office is required). The premises are equipped with a cafeteria, convenience store, and employee dining hall.
