This time, we are recruiting for the position of "Regional Limited" Store Manager Candidate. ★ Monthly salary starting from 282,732 yen, plus bonuses twice a year and family allowances. We have established the best family allowance in the industry, providing over 200,000 yen per child annually, ensuring peace of mind for your future. ★ 115 days off annually, exceeding the industry average! With a basic of 8-10 public holidays per month, we offer a high level of 115 days off annually (industry average is 97.1 days). We are also considering gradually increasing this to 120 days in the future. ★ No unauthorized overtime or weekend work is absolutely prohibited! Overtime is capped at 1 hour per day. Any overtime beyond this must be reported to a supervisor. If you work long hours, you will receive a yellow card. We do not want to impose unnecessary burdens on our employees. ★ Enjoy weekends off and peace of mind even with a family!
