You will be responsible for general nursing duties in the ward. *During night shifts, you will also handle emergency outpatient services. 【Facility Details】 6th Floor: Laundry 5th Floor: Director's Office, Reception Room, Break Room, Cafeteria 4th Floor: Ward 3rd Floor: Ward 2nd Floor: Examination 1st Floor: Outpatient 【Nursing Staff】 Approximately 18 nurses in the ward. *About 6 staff members are raising children. Average age: Around 40 years old (2 in their 20s, 3 in their 30s, 6 in their 40s, 5 in their 50s, 2 in their 60s). *About 7 nurses in the outpatient department. 【Day Shift Nursing System】 5 to 7 nurses (average of 6 nurses). *Average number of active beds is about 30. 【Night Shift Nursing System】 3 nurses (the ward nurses also handle emergencies). 【Patient Admission Routes】 ① Emergency Transport About 2 cases per day (average of 60 cases per month). 720 cases per year. Walk-in: Emergency = 6:4 ② Referrals from Nearby Clinics Patients with internal diseases or those undergoing polyp removal from nearby clinics. ③ Referrals from Nearby Hospitals Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital, Tokyo Police Hospital, General Tokyo Hospital, University of Tokyo Hospital, Teikyo University Hospital, National Cancer Center, National Center for Global Health and Medicine, etc. 【Surgery】 Surgical Procedures: Fractures, Appendicitis, etc. Surgery Frequency: Gastrointestinal Surgery (twice a week), Orthopedics (twice a week). *Scheduled surgeries are only performed in the afternoon. 【Ward Disease Composition】 Gastrointestinal: Orthopedic: Internal Medicine = 1:1:1 Gastrointestinal: Appendicitis, Hernia, Gallstone Removal. Orthopedic: Femoral Neck Fractures, Humeral Fractures, etc. *Spinal and joint surgeries are not performed. 【Average Length of Stay】 12 to 13 days. 【Respiratory】 None (No acceptance of COVID patients).

Skills and qualifications:

• Must have a nursing qualification

• Licensed Practical Nurse
• No experience in the assigned duties is acceptable
• Gaps in employment are acceptable
