Job Summary: We are looking for 4 night shift nurses, with approximately 140 days off per year. The annual salary for someone with 10 years of experience is about 5 million yen. The hospital is located a 5-minute walk from Nakano Station, with a dormitory fee of 15,000 yen to be borne by the employee. Work hours are until 5 PM, with comprehensive benefits and shorter night shift hours. We are recruiting for a ward nurse at a community-based hospital located 5 minutes from Nakano Station. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for general nursing duties in the ward. ◆ General Ward (mostly patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, heart failure, pneumonia, etc. Age group is mainly in their 80s) Day shift structure: 12-13 nurses + 2 assistants Night shift structure: 4 nurses (3 full-time + 1 dedicated night shift nurse) Room allocation: 10 rooms for 4 patients, 2 rooms for 2 patients, 11 rooms for 1 patient ◆ Recovery Ward (80% stroke, 10% orthopedic diseases, 10% others / home return rate is 80%) Day shift structure: 9 nurses + 3 assistants Night shift structure: 2 nurses + 1 assistant Room allocation: 10 rooms for 4 patients, 2 rooms for 2 patients, 11 rooms for 1 patient ◆ Dialysis Room: 2 shifts on (Mon)(Wed)(Fri), only in the morning on (Tue)(Thu)(Sat). * Electronic medical records were introduced in November 2015. Qualifications: ◆ Must have a nursing qualification (Registered Nurse or a licensed practical nurse with the desire to obtain a Registered Nurse qualification) Other Special Notes: Benefits (dormitory available, housing allowance of 15,000 yen provided, complete social insurance), 129 days off per year (124 designated days + 5 summer days + up to 140 days including menstrual leave, etc.), annual salary increase once a year and bonuses twice a year.
