[Career path with two routes: Management / Specialist!] You will be entrusted with overall operation and management as the administrator of the facility. Specifically, you will be the bridge between various sites and users. The main responsibility is managing helpers who provide medical care. ◎ Staff management └ Attendance management, training and support for new employees, recruitment activities, etc. ◎ Responding to users and their families ◎ Communication with care managers and meetings ◎ Sales activities What is "Severe Home Care"? Supporting the lives of users who are bedridden due to accidents, illnesses, or disabilities at a young age. Unlike visiting care for the elderly, which rushes from one case to another, we provide support for household chores, meals, bathing, and medical care such as suctioning using equipment without being pressed for time. Sometimes, we watch TV together and communicate, providing "care that spends time together."
