Project Examples: - Pharmaceuticals: Research assistance in the development of antibody drugs and gene therapy drugs (protein, gene, and cell experiments), analysis and quality control of pharmaceuticals, cell quality evaluation of regenerative medicine products. - Food: Nutritional component analysis of functional foods, microbiological testing, quality testing of wines, etc., assistance in the development of supplement drinks. - Cosmetics: Development and prototyping of oil-based makeup products, cell testing of collagen cosmetics. - Chemistry: Analysis and evaluation of functional materials, synthesis of polymer materials (next-generation displays, etc.). Training System: After joining, there will be small group, customized training at the company's training center. Even after assignment, continuous support is provided through follow-up training, career consultations, and business mindset training according to stages. Future Career Path: Even after assignment, career advancement is supported through technical and career support. More than 150 people are transferred to their assigned locations every year.

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in experiments using micropipettes (student internship level acceptable)
• Graduates in science-related fields or higher (chemistry, biology, etc.)
