Please check the detailed application method below in the 【Application Method】 section. 【Job Description】 【Active in the Community】 You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including the operations management of public facilities such as parks, Japanese gardens, and cultural facilities, event planning, and public relations. ◆Average overtime is about 20 hours per month. You will collaborate with headquarters staff to manage and operate parks and facilities. ▼ Front Desk Operations Responding to users and visitors (facility guidance, etc.) Phone handling ▼ Patrol Operations Regular patrols of parks and facilities, safety management ▼ Event Hosting Planning of events, workshops, exhibitions, etc. Preparation for hosting and operation on the day Coordination with local governments and users ▼ Facility Operations Instructions and management of staff Support for citizen activities, collaboration with volunteers Public relations activities Preparation of various reports General clerical work You will be assigned tasks based on the facility and region you are assigned to.
