Specific Job Responsibilities: - Exercise Support We advise customers on how to use the machines safely and effectively so they can exercise. Most of our customers are beginners or not very good at exercising, so there is no difficult instruction. We support them to continue enjoying their exercise by saying things like, "Let's focus on this movement today!". - Health Counseling We carefully listen to our customers' concerns and goals, such as "How is your knee feeling?", and work together to come up with the best plan. This is the most important part of the job. - Store Operations / Administration We create a fun environment for customers by handling reception, membership procedures, and creating seasonal POP displays. We also work as a team to promote the appeal of Curves to the local community. No Experience Necessary: In fact, about 80% of our senior staff started with no experience. With our comprehensive training after joining, you will learn everything from the basics of how the body works to how to use the machines. Even after you start working, you won't have to worry alone. The senior team members are always there to support you, and helping each other is part of the Curves culture.

This job is to protect the "safety" and "comfortable living" of condominiums and buildings. You can fully utilize your previous customer service experience to listen to and solve residents' problems. ■ Acquire a Wide Range of Knowledge with Manageable Responsibilities ──────────────────── You will be responsible for about 10 buildings per person. Because it’s not too many, you can focus on each building properly. Our company handles both sales and rentals, allowing you to gain a wide range of knowledge. ◎ Sales: Focus on collaboration and proposals with the "management association" formed by those who purchased their rooms. ◎ Rentals: Focus on reporting and proposals to the "owners" who own the entire building. You will also be responsible for managing and quality controlling the caretakers who handle cleaning and patrol duties. ■ Job Ratio is "Office Work 60% : Interaction with People 40%" ──────────────────── ▼ Interaction and Negotiation You will handle inquiries and troubles from residents, such as "there is a water leak," and arrange for specialized contractors. You will also coordinate with local governments and residents. Additionally, you will support the operation of board meetings and general meetings. This is where your "customer service skills" come into play by carefully listening to the other party. ▼ Maintenance Management of Buildings and Facilities To protect the value of the buildings, you will arrange for regular inspections and plan repairs. ▼ Administrative Tasks You will handle cost estimates, financial management, and the creation of various reports, notifications, contracts, and regulations. This is work that you will steadily progress with in the office. ■ Enjoy the Fun of Solving Problems with Your Ideas ──────────────────── There are no strict manuals to bind you. Proposals and approvals to the company are easy to pass, and you can proceed in a way that suits you. You can also propose changes to long-standing issues, such as "Why don’t we change this?" You will spend little time on formal tasks.

Skills and qualifications:

• High school graduate or higher
• Valid driver's license (AT limited acceptable)
• Basic PC skills (ability to input text in Excel and Word)
• Experience in customer service, sales, or other people-related work is welcome
• Qualification as a "Management Operations Supervisor" or experience in the real estate or construction industry is welcome.
