Childcare support staff for a newly opened nursery / Weekdays only / 2 days a week / Work OK / Nursery assistant "Kawasaki Sorakko Nursery". This nursery, which will open in April 2025, has a capacity of 21 children aged 0 to 2 years and is located within the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Gifu Factory! You will be responsible for supporting childcare activities. Duties include: - Accompanying children during play and walks - Monitoring during nap time - Preparing for daily childcare - Assisting with personal care - Cleaning and disinfecting. We welcome those with gaps in their experience and those who are inexperienced! We will provide thorough training, so please rest assured!

This is a childcare job at a nursery where staff can easily consult with each other and work in a supportive environment. Those with no experience or gaps in their career will be supported by their colleagues. You will be responsible for life assistance, supervising play, communicating with parents, preparing events, and creating records as a class teacher in a licensed nursery with a capacity of 110 children, from 0 years old to pre-school age. Those interested in Montessori education are also welcome. You can work while learning, even if you have no experience. Many staff members are raising children, making it easy to discuss time off, and we are also working to reduce overtime and work brought home. Continuous acquisition of paid leave is possible, and Saturday work is about once a month. Nursery tours are always welcome, and it's okay to start with a visit.
