As a representative of a globally recognized smartphone manufacturer, you will respond to inquiries regarding the usage and issues of smartphones, tablets, and PCs. ★ Support system available even while working from home. Specifically, you will handle inquiries from individual customers over the phone, such as "I don't know how to launch the app" or "I don't know how to turn on the device," while referring to manuals and specifications. After joining, you will spend the first approximately three weeks deepening your understanding of the company and devices, followed by about a month of on-the-job training (OJT) with a mentor. You will acquire skills in manual comprehension and explanation over several months. Even after training, there will be a support system in place, including dedicated chat, remote support from mentors, and regular team meetings. Once you become accustomed to the role, you can expect to handle around 30 inquiries per day.

Skills and qualifications:

• Ability to flexibly respond to monthly full-time shifts
• General business etiquette (such as polite expressions and experience in customer service)
• Basic understanding and ability to provide simple support for smartphones, tablets, etc.
• Experience in retail at electronics stores (example)
• Experience in mobile phone sales shops (example)
• Frequent personal experience with custom PCs or changing smartphone models (example)
• Experience in customer service or any role where you have shown persistence and effort, regardless of experience
• A suitable environment for telework (capable of working from home)
• Preferred: Experience in customer service (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face)
• Preferred: Experience in customer support / technical support / help desk.

Register operations for customer service and tax exemption procedures for foreign visitors, including sales and packaging. A customer service job where foreign languages can be utilized.
