[Responsible for supporting systems used in hospitals and nursing facilities] ◎ Main tasks include explaining operation methods, responding to inquiries, and data entry as back support work. Specifically: - Processing various documents - Responding to phone calls and emails from customers (such as personnel in charge of medical and nursing systems) - Data entry using Word and Excel Other examples of tasks: - Administrative work such as data entry and aggregation using office software and electronic medical records - Customer support for medical reservation systems - Instructor duties for medical systems (visiting hospitals and clinics) Flow after joining: Training includes classroom instruction and role-playing. Support is provided by a team of two, consisting of a corporate representative and a support representative. Training and qualification acquisition support are available.

Skills and qualifications:

• Data entry using Word and Excel
• Customer support (phone and email)
• Experience using office software and electronic medical records (preferred)
• Work experience in the medical and welfare field (nurses, medical clerks, care workers, etc.) is welcome
• Qualifications such as Certified Medical Clerk, Medical Clerk, Certified Care Worker, Dental Hygienist, etc. are welcome
• IT knowledge can be acquired through training (no experience required)
