Support is provided by a team of two, consisting of a corporate representative and a support representative. Training and qualification acquisition support are available.

Skills and qualifications:

• Data entry using Word and Excel
• Customer support (phone and email)
• Experience using office software and electronic medical records (preferred)
• Work experience in the medical and welfare field (nurses, medical clerks, care workers, etc.) is welcome
• Qualifications such as Certified Medical Clerk, Medical Clerk, Certified Care Worker, Dental Hygienist, etc. are welcome
• IT knowledge can be acquired through training (no experience required)
