Would you like to join us as a partner in creating a new WACK? 【Job Responsibilities】 You will be responsible for the management of WACK artists and new talent scouting. <Artist List> ExWHYZ GANG PARADE ASP Mameshiba no Taigun KiSS KiSS Kudaranai 1-nichi ■ Management Duties - Schedule management for assigned artists - Support at various sites such as events and shoots - Coordination tasks including communication with related parties You will be assigned to each artist with 1 to 3 people. Initially, you will be entrusted with tasks that you can handle under the guidance of a senior colleague. ■ New Talent Scouting Duties - Planning and holding auditions - Gathering information through the internet, social media, and live houses - Listening to demo tapes - Scouting - Other support for debuting artists Eventually, we hope to entrust you with producing artists as well. ■ Future Expectations for You -------------------------------------------------- When you hold a concert at a large venue and hear the overwhelming cheers. You will work in pairs with a stylist to photograph approximately three groups per day, including 100-day celebrations, Shichi-Go-San, and family portraits. Our clients are mainly families, ranging from babies to adults, including grandparents. Responsibilities include chatting with clients (creating an atmosphere to bring out smiles), preparing and cleaning up for shoots, and performing PC tasks (data storage/photo selection, etc.). Beginners are welcome! We will teach you the basics!
