We are averaging the workload through efficiency】 The tax accountant industry experiences a busy season from December to May every year. During the year-end adjustments, final tax returns, and March closing periods, late-night overtime and weekend work can become the norm, leading to chronic long working hours that many may find unsatisfactory. However, you do not have to resign yourself to thinking, 'It's work, so it can't be helped!' 'Sallyre' offers online training conducted by a dedicated development team for 300 hours (approximately 3 to 6 months) after joining. Skills and qualifications:

• [Required] 5 years or more of practical experience in an accounting firm (cumulative acceptable), ability to complete tax return preparation independently
• Passes in tax accountant exam subjects (preference given to those who have passed only accounting subjects)
• Level 2 or higher in the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bookkeeping
• Experience using accounting software (especially preference for Money Forward, Miroku Information Service, etc.)
