Job Description You will be responsible for design work for new condominiums centered around our brand "Grand Maison." Based on marketing data such as management policies, past achievements, and surrounding examples, the product image that we want to create as the business owner will be determined by the project members consisting of land acquisition, sales, etc. Based on that, you will work on design planning, quality performance, and product appeal points, collaborating with external partners such as design offices and general contractors, essentially acting as a "product producer." Rather than conducting design, structural calculations, and construction management yourself, you will promote the entire condominium development from the perspective of the business owner, collaborating with design offices, general contractors, sales representatives, and internal departments. In addition to volume consideration and product planning at the land acquisition stage, you will be involved in a wide range of activities from the upstream of the business to the sales phase, including responding to design changes in collaboration with sales, providing technical explanations to customers, and coordinating with design offices and construction companies. This starts from the idea that it is not a "collective housing" that is a concrete box aimed at everyone, but a form where homes that realistically reflect the lifestyle of each resident come together, that is, "housing collection."
