As a developer, you will be entrusted with the duties of a site representative involved in land development. After joining the company, especially for those with limited experience, you will learn the tasks related to land development under the on-the-job training (OJT) of senior employees. Once you become accustomed to the work, you will assist senior employees in various tasks related to land development. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall operations, you will engage in all tasks related to land development as a site representative acting on behalf of the business owner. ≪Specific Duties≫ ■ Management of permits and orders related to land development You will manage the tasks up to the application for permits for land development, which is requested from design offices. ■ Management of orders and cost estimation for construction work You will request construction from civil engineering contractors and manage the budget and schedule accordingly. As the person responsible on-site, you will be entrusted with the tasks until the construction is completed. * You will be involved in various projects, including large-scale subdivisions with over 70 units, from concept creation to execution. * Additionally, you may be required to greet and explain to neighboring residents.

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in the civil engineering industry
• 1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer (with allowance)
