デベロッパーとしての立場で、宅地開発に関わる現場代理人としての業務をお任せします。 入社後、特にご経験が浅い方には、先輩社員のＯＪＴのもと、宅地開発に関わる業務を習得していただきます。 お仕事に慣れてきた頃、先輩社員の補助役として、宅地開発に関わる業務全般の補助を行っていただきます。 そうして、一通り業務全体を見渡せるようになれば、実際に事業主としての現場代理人として、宅地開発業務に携わる業務全般を行っていただきます。 ≪具体的な業務内容≫ ■宅地開発に関する許認可発注管理業務 設計事務所に依頼し、土地造成のための許可の申請までの業務を管理。 ■造成工事の発注管理・積算業務 土木業者に対し工事を依頼。それに伴い予算やスケジュールの管理も実施。 現場の責任者として造成が終了するまでの業務をお任せします。 ※中には70戸を超える大規模分譲地など、大小さまざまなプロジェクトに、コンセプトづくりから担当していただきます。 ※その他、近隣住民への挨拶周りや説明を行なっていただく場合もあります。
As a developer, you will be entrusted with the duties of a site representative involved in land development. After joining the company, especially for those with limited experience, you will learn the tasks related to land development under the on-the-job training (OJT) of senior employees. Once you become accustomed to the work, you will assist senior employees in various tasks related to land development. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall operations, you will engage in all tasks related to land development as a site representative acting on behalf of the business owner. ≪Specific Duties≫ ■ Management of permits and orders related to land development You will manage the tasks up to the application for permits for land development, which is requested from design offices. ■ Management of orders and cost estimation for construction work You will request construction from civil engineering contractors and manage the budget and schedule accordingly. As the person responsible on-site, you will be entrusted with the tasks until the construction is completed. * You will be involved in various projects, including large-scale subdivisions with over 70 units, from concept creation to execution. * Additionally, you may be required to greet and explain to neighboring residents.
