[Reception Duties] Responding to inquiries from residents [Patrol Duties] Inspecting for any abnormalities in the building and facilities (e.g., checking if light bulbs are out) [Supervision Duties] Checking the status of inspections conducted by contractors [Cleaning Duties] Cleaning common hallways and entrances of the apartment. At Haseko Community, manuals and training/education are well established, so even first-timers can work with confidence (no experience or qualifications required). Due to the extension system, many older individuals, both men and women, are actively working. Scope of changes: None

〇 General construction management duties at construction sites ＊ Management of new construction and renovation works for wooden, steel frame, and reinforced concrete structures ＊ Meetings with clients and construction stakeholders ＊ Ordering materials, budget management, schedule management, and safety management duties ※ The main sites are in the southern region of Ibaraki Prefecture. ※ Applications from those over 60 years old (experienced individuals only) are also welcome. Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in construction management is preferred.
• 1st Class Construction Management Engineer required
• 2nd Class Construction Management Engineer required
• 1st Class Architect required
• 2nd Class Architect qualification acceptable
• Ordinary driver's license required (AT limited acceptable)

You will be responsible for management tasks related to hot spring facilities, collective housing, medical welfare facilities, supermarkets, and more.

Skills and qualifications:

Candidates should have experience in supervising large buildings made of reinforced concrete and steel.
