建設プロジェクトに必要な書類の作成や管理事務業務。具体的には各種資料や伝票等の作成、現場管理・進捗チェック、資材の発注・在庫確認、来客対応、プロジェクト現場での打合せ&写真撮影。入社後は在宅研修(入社後~5日間の基礎研修)を行い、6日目以降は先輩の指示のもとデータ入力等の実務開始。入社後1年間で計3回のフォロー研修あり。勤務例(1日の流れ):08:00 出社→進捗確認→勤怠チェック→職人手配→ミーティング→事務処理等。
Creation and management of documents necessary for construction projects. Specifically, this includes creating various materials and slips, site management and progress checks, ordering materials and checking inventory, responding to visitors, and conducting meetings and taking photos at project sites. After joining, there will be remote training (basic training for 5 days after joining), and from the 6th day onwards, practical work such as data entry will begin under the guidance of seniors. There will be a total of 3 follow-up training sessions within the first year of employment. Example of a workday: 08:00 Arrival → Progress check → Attendance check → Craftsman arrangement → Meeting → Administrative processing, etc.
