You will be stationed at client sites to directly resolve IT-related issues. Specifically: ◆ Operations management at universities: Help desk (responding to inquiries about PCs and networks), system operation management and implementation support ◆ Educational administration at universities: Data configuration and processing related to the course registration system using Access, analysis, and organization of work procedures ◆ Operations management at hospitals: Responding to inquiries about electronic medical record systems, checking causes and operations during errors, programming support upon manufacturer requests. * In addition to universities and hospitals, there are also general corporate projects. After joining, you will undergo basic training (networking, etc.) → assigned to a university or hospital → acquire skills through on-the-job training. No experience is required, and support from seniors is available.

Skills and qualifications:

• Practical experience in the IT industry (no restrictions on years of experience or fields)
• No specific job experience required (career changes from testers or IT support are acceptable)
• Basic Information Technology Engineer or Information Security Management certification preferred
• Skills related to cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP are welcome
• Experience in server or network operation, maintenance, or construction
• Experience working in SOC
• Experience in vulnerability assessments (Burp Suite / Nmap / Nessus / OpenVAS)
• Experience in penetration testing (Kali Linux / Metasploit / Hydra, etc.)
• Experience in report writing (ability to summarize both technical and non-technical information clearly)
• Ability to utilize English (preferred)
