You can also play a role in meeting design, team leadership, and training younger members. The development environment... We undertake projects with a certain volume as a whole and develop in teams of 5 to 10 people. Since the team sets the responsibilities and schedules, it is an environment where you can easily foresee the future. We have weekends and holidays off, and there is no sudden overtime. Paid leave is discussed among members and taken as desired.
