[BtoB Sales] Collaborate with insurance agencies to propose our products that meet customer needs, contributing to the agency's sales growth. Specifically: - Attend meetings where agencies propose products to end-users. - Conduct product briefing sessions for agencies. - Propose sales strategies, including target industries. Flow after joining: Acquire necessary skills through a one-day orientation, training videos, and OJT training. Team composition: A wide range of ages, mainly in their 20s, actively participating. Knowledge sharing within the team. Others: Primarily follow existing agencies, but new business development may be required as needed. Opportunities to engage in large projects are also available.

Skills and qualifications:

• No industry experience required (welcome inexperienced candidates)
• Experience in corporate sales (preferred for experienced candidates / explicitly required)
• Knowledge of property insurance and experience in corporate sales related to property insurance (can be utilized if available)
• Sales experience in travel insurance, real estate, fintech, or IT industries (can be utilized if available)
• English skills (reading and writing level) (can be utilized if available)
• Individuals who can act proactively and develop and execute their own strategies (personal qualities required)
