Specifically: - Proposals based on the client's life plan and investment style - For corporate clients, provide solutions for business succession, M&A, and real estate management in collaboration with specialized departments Flow after joining: - 4 weeks of onboarding training (starting October 2025) → Acquire practical skills through OJT with seniors, gradually taking over existing clients Assignment and working style: - Choose between "Area Store Limited Type" (no transfers requiring relocation in principle) or "National Type" (company dormitory and leased company housing available)

Skills and qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• Those with some sales experience (industry and years do not matter)
• No specialized knowledge or qualifications in finance required
• Must be able to communicate proactively
• Must be passionate and able to work diligently
• Must be able to listen to clients and empathize
• Must be able to face clients sincerely and build trust
• Must have the willingness to learn new things and grow positively
