- Maintenance and management of cremation furnace equipment and general facilities (electricity, air conditioning, sanitation). - Daily inspection tasks, planning and implementation of annual construction (facility department). - Responding to large-scale repair work / updating electric dust collectors, heat source equipment, coordination and arrangements with contractors. * In addition to large DIY tasks (simple replacement of parts, changing light bulbs), there are also some administrative tasks. * Work will be conducted at one of the six funeral homes located in the 23 wards of Tokyo (Machiya Funeral Home, Ochiai Funeral Home, Horinouchi Funeral Home, Yoyogihata Funeral Home, Kirigaya Funeral Home, Yotsugi Funeral Home).
