Unlike traditional cram schools or tutoring centers that follow a lecture format, our dedicated consultants for exam preparation will analyze students' study methods and provide personalized study plans and motivation enhancement systems, while thoroughly managing progress to support them until they pass their desired schools. We are currently recruiting individuals to support students as consultants until they achieve their desired school admissions. 【Specific Job Responsibilities】*All online - Analyze students' academic abilities and situations through counseling to identify issues - Build appropriate curriculums tailored to each individual's challenges - Conduct online face-to-face training once a week*Online 【Reliable Training】 We will carefully explain the basic workflow regarding the curriculum content and specific support methods. Follow-up training will be conducted as needed. 【Compensation】 2,500 yen per lesson and up *Determined based on experience and ability 【Monthly Income Examples】 Monthly salary of 80,000 yen (7 students) / 1st year of contract / 2nd year university student / 2,500 yen Monthly salary of 104,000 yen (7 students) / 1st year of contract / 3rd year university student / 3,000 yen Monthly salary of 118,000 yen (7 students) / 2nd year of contract / 4th year university student / 3,500 yen 【Incentives】 Starting from 2,500 yen, we individually raise the compensation rate based on the level of service, such as student satisfaction, requests for instructor changes, complaints, and the low rate of early contract cancellations. 【Work Location】 Fully remote (online. Those who can work in Tokyo can choose freely between in-office or online work).

Classroom teacher, learning guidance, etc. (equivalent to regular teachers). (Note: Recruitment will be conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education.) Support for research conducted by doctors and clinical psychologists in the health management department of staff + administrative tasks - Support for research (support for surveys such as stress checks, compiling survey data, aggregation and analysis, document preparation) - Front desk duties - Phone and email correspondence - Support during health check-ups - Other general office tasks such as organizing the health room ★ This job is targeted at those with experience in research in the mental health field
