Recruitment for a lottery salesperson in Yawata City, Kyoto Prefecture. Less than 20 hours of work per week. Shift system (rotating shifts).

You will be entrusted with tasks such as purchasing, sales, and management, similar to a store manager of a small shop. You will be assigned to one of the business divisions: meat, seafood, produce, prepared foods, groceries, or store management. As a Chief, you will have full discretion over "store management (people, goods, money)" and will play a key role in management. Our Chiefs operate independently in each business division, handling everything from purchasing and pricing to budget management and staff recruitment, just like a store manager of a small shop. Because it is 100% field-led, you can create your ideal store, and the sense of fulfillment is significant. Flow after joining: In our company, which is expanding its business, we provide ample opportunities for newcomers to aim for promotion to Chief within three years. Some employees achieve early promotion within about a year.

Skills and qualifications:

• No educational background required
• Must be proactive
• Practical experience in GMS, SM, markets, wholesalers, or specialty stores (such as meat shops, seafood shops, produce shops) is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate (as we have bases across the country)
• Management and leadership experience is welcome
• Experience in any of the business divisions: meat, seafood, produce, prepared foods, groceries, or store management.

The average period until promotion to Chief is about 2 years. In the rapidly growing supermarket "Lopia," you will be responsible for cooking and creating sales areas in the deli department with a degree of discretion. • Sales experience in supermarkets or retail stores
• Experience in manufacturing processed foods such as bento, deli items, and bread
• Cooking experience in restaurants

• Communication skills.

Assigned to one of the departments: meat, fresh fish, produce, prepared foods, groceries, or store management. You will be responsible for purchasing, pricing, product development, creating sales areas, recruiting and training part-time staff, and budget management with discretion. Lopia operates with a '100% sales floor-led' management style, where the chief handles purchasing and pricing. After joining, you will learn the job through on-the-job training (OJT) by the chief and may be entrusted with some of the chief's responsibilities early on. The average period until promotion to chief is about 2 years (with a record of promotion in as little as 3 months). In the future, there are career paths to positions such as department manager, head office manager, and executive of group companies.

You will be mainly responsible for cooking and processing in one of the departments: fruits, seafood, or meat. Specifically, your tasks will include: - Cutting, cooking, and processing ingredients (fruits and vegetables / seafood / meat) - Purchasing and pricing - Packing - Creating sales displays - Product arrangement and stocking After joining, you will learn the job through on-the-job training (OJT) with a chief. The average period until promotion to chief is about 2 years (with a record of promotion in as little as 3 months). You will be able to engage in creating sales displays with discretion over purchasing and pricing in a "100% sales-led" operational style.

Skills and qualifications:

• High school graduate or higher
• At least 1 year of practical experience in one of the following (part-time work acceptable): experience working in food supermarkets, wholesale, or specialty stores (meat shops, seafood shops, fruit and vegetable shops, bento/delicatessen shops, etc.)
• Cooking experience in restaurants (1 year or more)
• Experience working in the retail industry (sales, ordering, management, etc.) (1 year or more)
• Experience in sales and ordering at supermarkets or retail stores for 1 year or more
• Experience in butchering meat or seafood with a knife
• Experience in processing and cooking fruits and vegetables
• Experience in manufacturing processed foods such as bento, delicatessen, and bread
• Experience in store management positions such as store manager or management.
