Our Chiefs operate independently in each business division, handling everything from purchasing and pricing to budget management and staff recruitment, just like a store manager of a small shop. Skills and qualifications:

• Must be proactive
• Practical experience in GMS, SM, markets, wholesalers, or specialty stores (such as meat shops, seafood shops, produce shops) is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate (as we have bases across the country)

Increase your income with high incentives! Even with no experience, you can earn over 10 million yen. You will be responsible for purchasing sales and store operations/management at "Otakara-ya," which has over 1,790 stores. Specifically: Store Purchases: Store preparation includes cleaning and preparing purchase funds. Customer service and assessment: Handle about 6-7 customers a day. Purchase contracts: Present the assessment amount and contract if the customer agrees. Closing preparation: Shipping procedures for purchased items and administrative tasks. On-site Purchases: Project confirmation: Check appointment information obtained by the headquarters call center. Visits: Visit about 2-3 appointments a day using a company car (direct visit and return style). Assessment and negotiation: Assess items on the spot. Administrative tasks: Digital input of contracts and shipping of items. In the future, you will support multiple stores as a supervisor. This is a completely response-based sales job with no cold calling. Comprehensive training is provided after joining. There is a possibility of being involved in supporting overseas stores in the future.

After joining, you will learn the job through on-the-job training (OJT) by the chief and may be entrusted with some of the chief's responsibilities early on. • At least 1 year of practical experience in one of the following (part-time work acceptable): experience working in food supermarkets, wholesale, or specialty stores (meat shops, seafood shops, fruit and vegetable shops, bento/delicatessen shops, etc.)
• Cooking experience in restaurants (1 year or more)
• Experience working in the retail industry (sales, ordering, management, etc.) (1 year or more)
• Experience in sales and ordering at supermarkets or retail stores for 1 year or more
• Experience in butchering meat or seafood with a knife
• Experience in processing and cooking fruits and vegetables
• Experience in manufacturing processed foods such as bento, delicatessen, and bread
• Experience in store management positions such as store manager or management.
