【仕事内容】当社のIT部門で、各システム関連の業務(運営の見直し等)を担当。配属部署例:基幹システム部(決済に関わる基幹システム、カード発行、解約、与信、請求、入金、ポイント等)、ファイナンスシステム部(家賃保証、リース、住宅ローン、信用保証、不正検知・加盟店売上等の周辺システム)、デジタルシステム部(ユーザー目線のデジタルサービス)、システム企画部(全社のデジタル戦略、生成AI活用、規程整備、システム経費予算、リスク管理等)。入社後は入社時研修→各部署配属→OJT。上流工程からの関与や業務改善提案が歓迎される。

[Job Description] In our IT department, you will be responsible for various system-related tasks (such as reviewing operations). Examples of departments you may be assigned to include: Core Systems Department (core systems related to payments, card issuance, cancellations, credit, billing, payments, points, etc.), Finance Systems Department (surrounding systems related to rent guarantees, leasing, housing loans, credit guarantees, fraud detection, merchant sales, etc.), Digital Systems Department (user-oriented digital services), and Systems Planning Department (company-wide digital strategy, utilization of generative AI, regulation development, system expense budgeting, risk management, etc.). After joining, you will undergo initial training → assignment to each department → on-the-job training (OJT). Involvement from upstream processes and proposals for business improvements are welcomed.

  • 【必須条件】システムに関する何かしらの知見・経験(PM、アーキテクト、システムエンジニア、プログラマー、各種スペシャリスト(DB、ネットワーク、セキュリティ等))
  • 金融・クレジット系業界での経験(歓迎)
  • 上流工程での経験(歓迎)
  • ベンダーコミュニケーション、業務改善提案、ユーザー視点での課題発見・実行力があること
  • フルフレックス・リモートで自己管理できること

Skills and qualifications:

  • [Required Qualifications] Knowledge or experience related to systems (PM, architect, system engineer, programmer, various specialists (DB, network, security, etc.))
  • Experience in the finance and credit industry (preferred)
  • Experience in upstream processes (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate with vendors, propose business improvements, and discover and execute issues from a user perspective
