Many have obtained qualifications after joining the company. ■ Job Description: You will be responsible for structural design targeting public and private buildings. ■ Department Characteristics: The design department consists of 48 members with an average age of 45. Most are mid-career hires, and many members complete their tasks independently. There are 14 leaders or higher, and work is divided into 12 teams. Projects are allocated evenly among teams, allowing members to engage in a wide range of tasks. ☆ Construction Achievements Achievements include not only kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary, junior high, and high schools but also government buildings and public facilities, as well as sports facilities. We have also worked on designs such as the earthquake disaster site, Namie Town's Iwaki Elementary School. ■ Our Company Characteristics: As the largest design office in Saitama Prefecture, we have handled designs for both public and private sectors. Recently, we have been rapidly expanding our business in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Tohoku region. We actively collaborate with companies from various industries to explore new market opportunities. As a partner company in the PPP agreement, you will be involved in research and preliminary planning stages. Scope of Changes: Business defined by the company.

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in structural design (both private and public projects)
• Hold first-class architect or architectural equipment qualifications.
